Workshop pricing, scheduled service contents, and collection rates for all Sur-Ron motorcycles supplied or maintained by Direct MX Group Limited.

Scheduled services

Every Sur-Ron motorcycle follows a fixed service schedule. The first service is essential and protects your warranty. Full services run annually thereafter. The first service is offered free of charge to all customers buying a new motorcycle through Direct MX.

Workshop labour

For all work outside the scheduled services above, our standard workshop labour rate applies. This covers fault diagnosis, repairs, upgrades, modifications, and any work undertaken under our Limited Warranty where labour falls to the customer.

Labour is charged in 30-minute increments after the first hour. Any quoted job overrun by more than 30 minutes will be discussed with you before continuing.

Specialist services

Fixed-price services for specific common tasks. Each is quoted inclusive of labour. Parts, where required, are additional and charged at retail.

Battery LCD replacement Diagnostic, screen replacement, post-fit verification. Door-to-door service available on request.

Parts

Replacement parts are charged separately from labour and from scheduled service prices. We supply genuine Sur-Ron components and selected aftermarket upgrades. Prices are quoted before any chargeable work begins, and parts not held in stock are confirmed for lead time at the point of quote.

Collection and delivery

Where you would prefer not to transport the motorcycle yourself, we offer a collection and return service from your address to the Direct MX Shop. The fee covers both legs of the round trip.

Distance is measured as the one-way road distance from the Direct MX Shop at HD8 9QY using a standard mapping service. Any distance beyond the first 30 miles is charged at 75p per mile. For example, a one-way distance of 35 miles adds £3.75 to the base fee; a one-way distance of 65 miles adds £26.25.

Collection is mainland Great Britain only. Bookings are weekday only and require at least three working days' notice. Where a customer is not present at the agreed collection time, a failed collection charge of half the booked rate applies to cover the trip.

Booking and payment

  • Service bookings are made by phone or email using the contact details below.
  • Payment for completed work is required on collection or before return to the customer.
  • For collection and delivery, the transport fee is payable in advance.
  • We accept card payment and bank transfer. Cash is accepted by prior arrangement.
  • All prices on this document are current at the date below and may be reviewed annually.

Direct MX Group Limited is not currently VAT registered. The prices shown are the total amounts payable.
